Habits for a healthier you

It’s really important for women to love their bodies and empower their lives. There is no right or wrong body type, shape or size, so why are so many women unhappy with the way they look? Perhaps because there is a multi-billion dollar weight loss industry out there telling women they need to lose weight, and look a certain way, so companies can make huge amounts of profit.
There is no wrong way to have a body, what feels comfortable and right for you, is entirely up to you. The best version of you won’t look like someone else’s, don’t compare, you are unique, and enough as you are.

Getting Fit and Healthy and living a happy positive life is a completely different topic, and something i’m very passionate about. So what can you do to make small changes to get you on track, gain more energy, confidence, sleep better and wake up feeling alive?

  13. Eat Protein for Breakfast
  14. Have sex more often
  15. Make time for you.
