FUNCTIONAL FIT

FUNCTIONAL FIT training is a form of body conditioning, using strength and endurance, cardio and core, the exercises in this class will help you perform daily activities more efficiently. 

SCULPT

You’ll be toning and shaping while using a step bench working to the beat of the music. Think 80's step class, with lots of abs, and resistance band work to really get into those small supporting muscles. Feel the burn

FRIDAY SWEAT

Everything is thrown into this class, everyone has a say and chooses an exercise or body part they want to work, not forgetting cardio, remember it’s a sweat class, we want to burn those calories.

FIT WOMAN GRIT

Endurance and strength class using a barbell and dumbbells. This is a great class for beginners, and advanced participants, you work at your own pace within the group. You will definitely see a change in your body in a few weeks of doing this class

STRONG

Working with heavier weights to build muscle mass and strengthen bones, no cardio just good old fashioned weight training, we throw some abs in throughout the session to mix it up and give the big muscles a break, great introduction to weight training.

FALLS PREVENTION

Fit woman academy is offering small group fitness classes for women aged 70+ years. Designed to help you live a healthy, active lifestyle.
