FUNCTIONAL FIT training is a form of body conditioning, using strength and endurance, cardio and core, the exercises in this class will help you perform daily activities more efficiently. The movements include, bending, pushing, pulling, twisting lifting, and squatting. The class is structured like a circuit class, 1 min per exercise with 10 seconds recovery, 24 exercises working upper, & lower body, cardio and core, you will definitely feel your muscles working.
